We directly supervise the construction of each and every home and we provide you with constant updates on the progress of your home through our secure client access link Builder Trend. From our impact resistant doors and windows which eliminate the need for hurricane shutters (a standard feature in all of our homes), to our wider range of client selections; we strive to provide you with the most value for your money. In fact, not only are the plans designed to be modified, we offer in house CAD services for modifications and customization of our plans or yours. To us, the floor plan is just the starting point. We like it when our clients customize their homes. To encourage that, we offer all of our plan modifications at no cost. We can add, move or remove walls, change room sizes and types, add or remove closets, or practically anything else you can imagine. We can also include niches, step ceilings in different shapes, doorway arches, shower seats and benches and other features you desire. We can rearrange kitchens, provide counter top height or bar top height island overhangs, change dens to formal dining rooms, or replace tub/shower combinations with walk-in showers. If you want it, we can do it. Our exterior design features are interchangeable from house to house as well. Features including corbels, sills, keystones, frieze board, quoins, multilevel banding, cornices, arches, column trims, door and window trim, can be added or removed from any home; in most cases at no additional cost from the base pricing. Window styles can be revised; half round, elliptical, tudor or gothic arches can be substituted, added or removed. A variety of grill styles are also available in each window design. Different types of glass, including opaque, tinted, and textured can also be used. We incorporate the best features of current green building technology. Our homes are built using energy efficient walls and ceilings with above code insulation, high efficiency air conditioning, programmable thermostats, LED lighting and low VOC construction materials. We design our homes to be ADA friendly. Our hallways and doorways widths exceed code requirements. We can construct our showers with ramps, install access cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchens, and provide garage access without steps. Pools can be installed with ramps or lifts.
