John Rhodes – Building Contractor After 13 years of service in the U.S. Army, John was honorably discharged as a highly-decorated Captain. He quickly began his home building career as a Purchasing Manager for Centex Homes, a leading national homebuilding brand. While at Centex, he was responsible for contracting communities in the Tampa and Sarasota markets where he essentially doubled the vendor base to enhance quality and cost savings. Following his time at Centex, John served as the Director of Purchasing for Pulte Homes, Lennar Homes, and Meritage Homes where he was responsible for 450 to 2,000, homes per year, divisions. John was instrumental in implementing online procurement, employee scheduling, permitting, design selection, and vendor rating infrastructure systems that resulted in industry-wide paradigm shifts. He currently serves as the owner and founder of ICN Homes.
